We sit down with you to discuss your support needs, hopes and dreams and what you expect of us.

From here we craft three(3) specially tailored respite (STA) options made just for you from the information we have gathered in our meeting.

All of our respite plans consider an individuals goals and accessibility requirements.

These options are then presented to you to peruse and decide if they suit your ideal STA - But what if they don’t? We are a client focused provider that pride ourselves on client choice. If the options don’t work, we change them!

Cost?

Dependant on your funding package, we tailor a respite to suit your budget and wishes. Out of pocket expenses are negotiated case by case (We include negotiated experiences and you never pay out of pocket for our carers).

Minimum time frame to book?

Dependant on availability, we endeavour to work with all of our clients to ensure they access a respite in their desired time frame.
